Kidz Party Zone Responsibilities
1. Kidz Party Zone agrees to keep and maintain, at its own cost and expense, the equipment in reasonably good repair and condition and to provide a fun and family oriented atmosphere.
2. Your child's safety is our #1 concern, therefore, we do not allow adults or children over the age of 12 to play on the equipment unless you are assist a child under 18 months or age or handicap child.
Guest Responsibilities
The Guest agrees to the following:
1. To deposit with Kidz Party Zone the sum of $50.00. This deposit is non-
refundable. In the event of a cancellation by the guest the deposit can be applied to a future reservation. In the event that the party is cancelled by Kidz Party Zone then the deposit will be refunded in full.

5. Confetti, silly string, party poppers and piñatas are not allowed on the premises and are subject to a clean-up and damage fees.
6. No outside food product are allowed except the birthday cake and pre packaged foods (I.e. chips, nuts). We do not allow homemade foods to be brought in.
7. Kidz Party Zone has the right to remove disobedient & unruly Guest from the equipment. No refund will be provided to the unruly guest.
8. Socks are required on all equipment at all times for the safety of the guest.
9. Seating is only guaranteed to the children participating in the party. If the party is expecting a large amount of adults, it is recommended by Kidz Party Zone to book at least a mega party to have access to a larger amount of seating.
10. If the party goes over the allotted amount of time either by showing up too early or by staying too late, the guest agrees to pay the sum of $10.00 per fifteen minutes over the scheduled party time.
11. In attempt to give everyone ample time in the play arena, the party will play for the first 1 hr. to 1 hr 15 min. in the play arena and then the remaining time will be spent in the party room.
12. If you bring in extra balloons to be blown up, the charge for helium is 25 cents per Latex balloon, and mylars are based on size.
13. Due to the large selection of themed items, Kidz Party Zone does not provide themed plates, cups, and napkins. We will color cordinate to the best of our ability the table clothes and balloons in the party room. Customers are welcome to bring themed items if they wish too, and we ask that they be dropped off prior to the birthday party.
14. Due to the large amount of boxes left by customers bringing pizza, we ask that if you bring in your own pizza then please take all of your pizza boxes with you when you leave. We have limited dumpster space available for the amount of pizza boxes being left from parties.
Fees
The guest agrees to pay Kidz Party Zone the sum of $20.00 for the clean-up service if disallowed food, silly string, confetti or like items are used on the premises. If damages are done further fees could occur.
